I can’t find my favorite Fal Glow brand on your website. What should I do?

Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us at shop@falglow.com through your account with us as soon as possible and we will try to help you.
Unfortunately, once the order has been processed by the warehouse team, we are unable to offer any changes or cancellations.
What is the return and exchange policy?
• Product must be in its original purchase condition: packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
• Product purchased as part of a set or a kit must be returned as a whole set.
• Unfortunately, items received on sale are not eligible for refunds.
• Please note that return shipping expenses are not covered by us and must be paid by the buyer.
Help! I received damaged product(s)!
All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we do try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged during delivery. If you receive a box with damaged items inside, please contact us ASAP, along with photos of the damaged product(s) (damaged box not included as it does not affect the quality of products inside).
After reviewing, we will arrange for your items to be returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
How long will my return take and how will I receive the refund?
Returned products can take anywhere between 1-3 business days to
reach our store warehouse. Once received and inspected, refunds will be
processed within 4-7 business days. Your bank may take a further few days to
process this refund to show in your account.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
